      Pros

      Huge employee discounts, lots of interaction with customers, more hours of training than any other retailer. Higher average pay than most retailers.

      Cons

      Management becomes less supportive over time...the smiley exterior wears off, and you're increasingly left to your own devices.

      Great people, relaxed atmosphere and flexible with scheduling around school or second jobs.

      Cons

      Difficult to advance from part time into a full time position due to the way they set up each store.
