      Pros

      TCS trains you!! Yes, even part timers. A little overbearing, but you can take all that good training and do your job! If you are having issues with your schedule, they allow you to make changes, and don't make a fuss about it. They do want you to work more than just 1 day a week, unless it has been pre-arranged. All employees I work with are actually very nice people. And everyone does more than pull their weight!!

      Stickler for lateness... they don't like it... it's not a Con... it's a warning for those who are constantly late!

      Very good pay, good benefits, strong team building, excellent employee support hrom headquarters.

      Cons

      Not enough staff too often. Management positions take much longer than other retail companies.
