Worst Job I Ever Had

Pros

They hire good people, upper management cares enough to tell employees to avoid this and other review sites while themselves writing fake 5-star reviews full of TCS corporate speak.

Cons

Lies, lies, lies. They tell new employees they have just landed a dream career, then proceed to give them three hour shifts with no reasonable predictability. No promotion from within, jobs are filled before anyone knows they're available. I had a few new employees come to me in tears, asking why it's so bad. TCS is constantly being sued for violating labor laws. I don't know anyone who ever got a single 10 minute break. It got worse every year. I was never so happy to leave a job.

Great Part-Time Summer Job

Pros

My coworkers and managers were very friendly, enjoyable people. Most of the customers were as well. The training was comprehensive and was paid for. It was a really upbeat atmosphere to work in selling good products. Plus a 40% employee discount as well!

Cons

They gave me spotty hours. Sometimes I would work 10-115 hours a week, sometimes just one 5 hour shift per week which was annoying. It was good I was also working another part time job.
