Pros
Fun environment to work in! They train you very very well and they have the best sales team! It is a place where the employees WANT to help their customers. They genuinely are not just trying to sell you stuff they are invested in finding the right solution for each person who comes through the door.
Cons
They talk a lot about having opportunity to grow and advance however that isn't always the case. If a position becomes available they usually have the person they want chosen and push them through the proper channels. Anyone else who is interested in that position doesn't hear about it until after it has been "filled."
