      Well organised hiring and initial training process. Clear understanding of what is required and why as well as communication of the company strategy and aim

      Cons

      No room to grow in this role. Early start to unload shipment but this is to be expected. Extreme attention to detail when stacking shelves and store layout etc

      The best part of the Container Store is the the people. Highly talented team members and co-workers make it a fun place to work. High-quality product selection where there is truly something for everyone, plus a generous employee discount. Hourly employees (FT/PT) are paid above market average.

      Cons

      Managers are paid under market value and required to work 10 hr days/45 hrs+. With the company's intense focus on payroll management managers are required to spend most of their time performing the tasks of hourly team members and hourly team members are scheduled less hours as a result.
