Since going public the company culture has really changed and is going down hill rapidly. It's much more numbers driven than it ever has been. Company doesn't have an HR dept to protect employee's so watch out if you don't "drink the Kool-aid". Not much room for advancement unless you are willing to play the politics game.

I recently went from being a full-time employee to a prime time (part-time employee), and after being with the company a little over a year, I left emotionally battered. The management team was quick to tell me when I was struggling but offered no specific feedback or direction. After finding out my role was being eliminated, I was left feeling insecure about my career path and my future with TCS. I left for another position that is far less stressful, with much better pay and benefits, and it was the best decision I could have made.
