Condescending attitudes when you’re not doing something properly from some of the employees Doing “truck” is exhausting , it’s like working in a warehouse/factory, your back aches after, company needs to invest in a healthier way to go about doing this- you’re employees back are suffering Understaffed Training is a joke it’s not interactive at all they just have you watch videos and someone from the district team reads to you and then you’re expected to know everything when you’re put on the floor Don’t know how they ended up in Forbes one of the best companies to work for Prime timers only get 30 minute lunches and full timers get 1 hr You don’t start accruing PTO after I don’t know how many years You have to clean the bathroom every night when I was told in training they had a maintenance staff lol You have to wear they’re uniform tops ( they give you 2 when hired) you have to buy their sweaters too you’re not allowed to wear your own on the floor They don’t have the best practices for “damages” they mark items with a red marker and throw them in the trash instead of donating them which is so wasteful
