Cons

- I love to be a part time employee because it gives me flexibility and balance. I know for my kind of job the salary could't be higher, but I would love to earn more or get extra hours.

Pros

Great coworkers, warm, motivated, nice, kind, serviceable, fun, hard working and highly customer oriented. A great learning experience. The pay is slightly higher than other retailer and the environment nice. Very selective. It is true when the company says that "1 great person equals 3 good people" here. It was a joy to work with each of my coworkers. I truly benefited from their hiring strategies.

Cons

For employees in the front lines it doesn't feel like the company care about their employees which is pretty disappointing considering that the company benefits from branding themselves about it and benefiting from "1 great person" by paying them $14 per hour.
