- Flexible work schedule - 40-50% discount - Easy to lean - Environment is fun when managers aren't breathing down your neck

Cons

The full-timers and managers run this place as if it's the most important thing that exists to them. We sell overpriced pieces of plastic... Anti-union propaganda during training? Every "great" employee has to work 3 times more than a "regular" employee? That's exploitive and capitalistic. This place has been ranked as one of the 100 companies to work for but it's a retail store. Probably the best retail store to work for but that's not saying much.
