* Management is nonexistent. * The employees like to gossip and insult new hires each shift. It feels like they're rather run off anyone new than accept more help. * Absolute disorganization. Enjoy not receiving proper training and then being thrown on the floor to fend for yourself. * You'll be micromanaged by the Visual Lead while they waste whole shifts doing nothing. * You'll also get the added bonus of getting passive-aggressive insults, and strangely hostile critiques over every little thing you do "wrong". * Did you want an honest critique of what you could improve on? Well, that won't happen here! The Managers and upper staff will instead tear you down at every chance they get, and will try to dance around it by being vague and long-winded.
