      Pros

      They respect my availability and typically give me the amount of hours I ask for. The managers are nice and easy to get along with. Coworkers are also really nice and everyone get's along really well. There's also a 40% discount.

      Cons

      You can't ask for a raise, you just have to wait for the time of the year when they give reviews, and it's usually based on a low percentage like 3%. Which is about 70 cents and much less than the rate of inflation. The merchandise is going up but the wages are not keeping up. You also can't combine your employee discount with any promotions going on.
