- Bad culture esp on the management side. Everybody is busy ass-licking. No one actually doing work. - The CEO is very fickle minded. She can change what she wants from you as she wished. Even brought her personal issues to the office. It's normal for her to fight with fellow co-workers. - It's hard to find honest workers, everyone is tiptoing around each other. - Toxic culture.
