      Lots of effort put into making everyone feel a part of the company and aware of all teams work. Felt fully engaged in the company culture from day one. Focus on wellbeing was great. Forward thinking about most things.

      Cons

      Perhaps more balance is needed in internal communications, can blow their own trumpet a little too much.
