      Difficult company in all aspects

      Pros

      Training inside the stores weekly and occasionally in the central offices for makeup, skin care, management.

      Cons

      Disorganized, little to no communication between the central offices and the stores. Constantly changing the rules. Aggressive selling to customers. Low wages - long hours, no work life balance . The central offices staff is indifferent to the stores needs .Also, no appreciation for good employees . You are just a number on a blank paper no matter how many years you work for them.
