Pros

Great opportunity to be able to share great ideas and entrepenural spirit. Caring Upper Management that is genuine in their approach. Value their people.

Cons

Operational Systems are not at the best level. Recruiting and hiring to raise the professional level within the teams at store level that understand a selling culture.

Pros

The discount is really good, as well as the product, sometimes you get free product, some of the values that they live by.

Cons

Extremely poor communication amoungst all levels of mgmt. No real direction or guidance. Company is cheaping their brand with far too many discounts. Company seems to be falling in the cracks with no real direction for themselves, can't seem to figure out where they belong in the retail sector. If you hate being held accountable this is the place for you.

Pros

45% discount on full-priced products. Interact with pretty cool customers. The pay is better than most places. Sometimes you can get free products.

Cons

There are not many Body Shops in the area, and so I ended up driving 45 minutes to and 45 minutes from work every day. The hours are too long, for instance, a "night" shift would be 1-9:30 at night, and a day shift would be 9:30-5. If you have anything to do in your personal life, you'll have to request off to do it. There is a very small payroll, in which there are only 5 people employed at each store at any given time, therefore it is very difficult to find someone to trade shifts with, or cover for you if something comes up. The store is also very sales-based. If you are not making your sales goals, they have the ability to fire you. The products are over-priced for what they are, so it is very hard to sell to people. Also, the types of people who are hired at this company tend to be people who don't have any experience in sales, or even care to meet their sales goals.
