Amazing discount Small shops Floor moves not too often or intensive Generally friendly, happy customers Great products and no animal testing Good training program Hourly shop managers Work life balance!

Cons

Very low pay Very sales and goal focused with accountabillity but no commission or incentive for minimum wage sales staff and underpaid keyholders and assistants Rely too much on promos and "events" for VIP card holders that do not drive the business Pressure to sell a $10 VIP discount card Does not provide "gratis" like other beauty companies do Upper management out of touch with day to day store operations Planning and allocation does not always ship product needed Directives can change drastically with little notice Company seems to be reactionary Wants employees to demo but does not provide a proper sink with running water
