Pros

Its great to be a part of a company that does so much to give back. They help people all over the world with the sales of their products and campaigns.

Cons

They pay a lot less than the same position with other companies. Management tends to put you on eggshells, demanding that you meet your goals without giving you the tools to achieve them.

+ good staff discount + very nice team members + quite popular products + high nergy in store

Cons

- worse quality products than 5 years ago (f.e. hemp and almond hand collection) - very high requirements for less money - not many opportunities to grow, even if you are very good sales person - area mgrs are ignoring staff, tlaking only to store managers - it is expected that you gonna come earlier or stay later quite often
