Pros

Great DSTM, great values, great community fair trade partnerships, great products.

Cons

Low pay, low hours for the team, VERY high expectations with no additional pay. HR is currently in shambles with no business partners for Canada. Merger with the US shops has allowed for a creep in of American influence that just doesn’t feel like The Body Shop.

- The job itself is fun and rewarding when you get to help customers improve their skin.

Cons

- Wrong role for the wrong person: store manager given the role out of business circumstance without a proper assessment of their skillset e.g. people management, attitude/behaviour and integrity. - Constant complaining and lack of stress management from store manager and not taking feedback from team members to better support them.
