Pros

Cute little job if you didn't need money or benefits

Cons

No one in the shop was allowed to work full-time except the store manager. That way corporate doesn't have to pay for employee benefits.

Pros

One of the best things about this company is the fantastic team members. You can always count on them for assistance and support. Great benefits such as extra holidays after five years of service, private healthcare, and a generous employer contribution to pensions In terms of work-life balance, the company is generally good at allowing employees to manage their own time. However, I do know colleagues who are struggling and need to work extra hours or on weekends to meet deadlines.

Cons

HR department prioritises the company's interests over the employees'. There is no consideration for pay matching or rewarding loyalty. Some employees have found it more beneficial to leave and then rejoin the company. Managers tend to change frequently due to restructures and leavers, which can be disruptive. Many approvals are dependant on manager's discretion.
