Pros
The only pro is the 50% discount but the products are extremely over prices so it just brings them down to a slightly more affordable rate
Cons
• lack of care for employees • hours are constantly being cut • lack of organisation • The pay is not £12 for team leaders it’s £11.12 and for Customer consultants it’s £10.92 so only 20p more than a Team leader while Team leaders have Tripled the work. • very childish behaviour amongst some managers
