Pros
Use to have a great culture but with turnover they lost a lot of key people. Good benefits and some of hr actually care.
Cons
During the Covid pandemic employees were given no raises throughout the year to balance the inequalities of headcount, and inflation. There is no loyalty to people, they would rather clean house than work on development of their current team. Environment of nonstop work, low pay, no career paths, no work-life balance and very reactive.
