      Best environment to work as a team but sometimes competitiveness without team member is unavoidable and annoying

      Cons

      Company not really taking care of employee. Do OT but they did not pay and ask to use OT by coming late or half day because not enough manpower and did not have the time to utilize it at the end. Burn just like that, they did not pay for unclaimed OT.
