Pros

Coworkers were lovely sometimes I guess.

Cons

A lot of the products are actually really bad for the environment.

Pros

Products to try, depending on locations sometimes great coworkers (non-management)

Cons

Head office distrusts stores, does not have store employees back, no matter what happens it is your fault. You're instructed to squeeze every penny out of every customer that walks in, it is called "conversion". Highly stressful environment for minimum wage. Just not worth it because you should not be reduced to this treatment. It is always disheartening when a company like this that campaigns on "values" it directly contradicts what they preach.
