      Pros

      I’ll give them that they do give chances to people with little or no retail experience. Good discount and sometimes you get free product.

      Cons

      Over worked and under paid no matter how long you’ve been with the company. Bad district and regional management. This company brags about being B corp but hardly puts their people first.
