You have a lot of freedom, no dress code, you can and are encouraged to show your creativity and have your personality shine. There are a lot of incentives, great staff discount, bonuses for achieved figures and lots of help and support between the teams and different stores.

Cons

The salary difference between a Team Leader and a Sales Consultant isn't very big, but the difference in responsibilities and workload is fairly big.
