Pros
Very accepting laid back environment, also good Employee discount (50%) as well as a lot of free product when something new launches
Cons
Can be very demanding when It comes to numbers, definitely have to be able to drive sales. Also my key holder pay was only 75 cents more than the associate pay despite having A LOT more work to do and more hours than them. Pay was non negotiable as well. Because people tend to stay in their positions for a while and the company takes forever to expand, don't expect a lot of career growth.
