Incredibly organized, well-structured & simplified interview, hiring and on-boarding process. Moreover, it is apparent that the team I will be working with is knowledgeable & super friendly, which will make for a successful transition. The leadership in my organization "get it" - they are aware of what needs tending to and are balancing out the reality of services being used and managing expectations of staff & executives.

Cons

Not a downside - more of a challenge... alot of legacy applications that need to be ported over or retired.

Pros

I love working for New Avon. Are there challenges? Sure. But how you decide to embrace those challenges will dictate your experience here. There are some truly fantastic, smart and driven people who work for this company, who want to see it succeed. There is a huge opportunity to take on work and get involved in so many projects. The office space in NYC is also fantastic. They have fun events, there is an Associate store with a big discount, close to numerous subways, open-environment.

Cons

Some associates aren't bought into the changes that are being made, which you can sometimes feel at the office.
