Pros

New Avon is working hard at modernizing the business and focusing on it's Representatives. It feels amazing to be a part of a company that is so passionate about making the right changes to drive the business forward.

Cons

Although New Avon is a "new company" and there are challenges that come with that, it is rewarding.

Pros

High degree of autonomy, great trips and incentives, company car and unlimited gas within Canada. You get an amazing discount on products and all the free accessories and makeup you could possibly wear.

Cons

Commission structure changes all the time, just when you think you're hitting bonus they change it so you get nothing. Very much an "old boys" club, when the "company for women" employs hundreds of women in Canada but all the top managers are men.

poor leadership complete lack of flexibility archaic reliance on facetime horrible bonuses because leadership cannot figure out what they are doing
