Awful Leadership

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

People (old timers), discounts, remote work for some employees

Cons

Poor business and financial decisions by the company owner, LG H&H in South Korea, are driving the company into a deep decline. The New York leadership team, composed entirely of Korean executives, struggles with communication and refuses to adapt to U.S. workplace norms. This results in frequent misunderstandings, awkward interactions, and wasted time. Leadership lacks common sense, disregards work-life balance, treats employees rudely, and shows no respect for non-Korean staff. There is a clear absence of core values. Morale is at an all-time low, with employees either leaving or being let go, only to be replaced by individuals who speak exclusively Korean.
