Flexible working, great job prospects and training, mobility between roles and departments is encouraged. Good experience with neurodiverse and LGBTQ+ employee communities.

Cons

Experience is very dependent on your line management team and on your assigned project team. It's very easy to coast/get forgotten about, so if you want to work on good things and develop you have to be pushy and make things happen yourself.
