I found there were plenty of opportunities to develop if you look for them. Many great contacts there if you network and I found there was an awesome work culture there. Would recommend for anyone looking to start their career in Defense industry or engineering field.

Cons

Some of the processes are a bit dated and slow and new technologies are sometimes slow to be implemented into their current processes.
