You are always pushed/encouraged to grow as a developer. Always updating tech stack to the latest and greatest. Probably the most tech savvy engineers I have worked with. Great benefits.

Cons

Management is made up of idiots. A very clique-y company with many mini tribes. Career progression exists only if your boss likes you. No wonder the staff turnover here is very high. Oh and lousy pay too.
