      It is a big company so that allows you get visibility to processes and different divisions and specialties

      Cons

      HR management is just awful. International mobility does not work. Not dynamic and not proactive communication.

      Innovative group of people that strive to provide the best product to customers, with a reliable system and the best support on the field.

      Cons

      Schedules are not well thought out from the inception of the program were sales people not necessarily know what the system is capable of doing and if the technology is ready to support such requirement.

      1) Excellent pay and bonus 2) Great performance reviews 3) Excellent and co-operative coworkers. 4) HR is friendly and excellent. Not the usual drones you encounter in other places. 5) Company feels very 'friendly'

      1) You are under a lot of pressure. 2) When a deadline looms you have to do overtime.
