      Pros

      Stable and disciplined work environment. Traditional managerial practices. Regimented culture with strong defence and security ethos. Engineering and R&D oriented. Strong compliance to defence and security protocols.

      Cons

      Barriers of communication between divisions or business units. Traditional hierarchical managerial structure does not foster innovation. Geographical widespread of divisions and workplaces. Different IT systems and business processes for each division. Many IT legacy systems makes integration difficult and costly.

      Fixed working hours, relaxed environment.

      Cons

      The top managements are dominated by French people and they only care about their own people. It was hard to work there if there was no back up from a french manager. Racist.
