Pros

The Corporation takes care of you. High Pay, great benefits, good 401k, and a few percs. If you can stand the politics this is not the worse place to work.

Cons

Behind the door of the corporation lies a nightmare working environment. Politics and unprofessional management rules from the top on down. There is no resource management so no one keeps track of who does what. Many good people are being so overloaded with work that they can never be successful in their job. There is so much potential there, with some of the best people I've ever worked with, but without professional management, their efforts are being squandered.

Good bunch of people to work with, interesting work and a relaxed working environment.

Cons

This is actually 3 different offices which were disparate companies bought by the Thales mother ship. Its a perfect example of how large companies acquire small firms and the struggle they then have to find their place in the larger company.
