Very interesting products and technology. Reasonably good opportunities for training. Many very talented individuals in a variety of roles.

Cons

Can be difficult to obtain information internally. Frequent internal reorganisation which can difficult to keep up with. Simple improvement opportunities often not taken. Business and support functions can be uncooperative and unresponsive.
