Pros

There are two areas which are both interesting from the point of a software developer. Cyber Security is the future, and it bears lots of challenges and new topics for the future. Railway Interlocking Systems are of great importance for the transport of people and cargo and get them save to their destination. This is an area where you need to "always be on the save side" or somebody will die.

Cons

As with any big company they loose the contact to the "soldiers" management starts to get in lofty heights and is surprised if the rest is not guessing what they want, or like to have done.
