      Pros

      Decent pay, Great benefits, Really great training. They fly you down to Orlando for a few days for training at their brand new facility.

      Cons

      Some stations don't have day shift. Some growing pains but they are taking it in stride and doing a wonderful job

      Pros

      I worked for Thales Middle East, they provided excellent compensation packages( bonus, car allowance, phone, living allowance). They also took care of all the visa applications.

      Cons

      We often worked very long hours. We worked every second Saturday to make a 6 day work week every 2 weeks.

      Pros

      Great benefits, educational opportunities, challenging work assignments and recognition for success. Fellow employees are dedicated to the work and have a strong understanding of how their jobs contribute to the success of the business. Bonuses are paid out to all employees quarterly when performance thresholds are achieved.

      Cons

      Too many levels of management at the group and corporate levels, other than that this is a great company to work for.
