Career progression for Technical staff was negligible. Over-burdensome processes made it difficult and frustrating to craft efficient or elegant solutions. Too much face-saving and arse-covering amongst the upper management rather than clear leadership and communication.

Management. There are no clear defined processes in place. As a result, management makes you do other people's jobs and holds you accountable for them. Management here is very unprofessional and use every excuse to make you do other people's tasks. Also, management tends to insult you in private, when others are not around. Foul language is used in closed door meetings and actions / tasks are never quite clearly communicated to the teams. This place has the worst management. They do not care for their people. They just care to get the job done, no matter who does it. You can be a Technician or you can be an Engineer, but management will expect you to do the job of a Program Manager or a Buyer. The environment is very unprofessional and I would highly advise against working here.
