      Space electronics is very challenging The production of customized units makes the work not repetitive

      Pros

      I found Thales a great company to work - I worked there a total of 8 years in 2 countries and on 5 sites. If you grab opportunities it is a great place to develop your career.

      Cons

      Perhaps I'm thinking back with rose tinted glasses. In the end I left to increase my salary, but I did not find that a negative - i had been able to develop my career in my time there.
