Decent Salary and Benefits, Good location but that is about it!

Cons

Project Managers are a joke. Management is non existent and just plain terrible at their jobs. Projects are always in a state of emergency and a mess.

Big company, with worldwide presence and management who thinks on the employee as a person, not only as a number. Opportunity to grown and move inside the company all around the world.

Cons

Not really a con, but it is starting the operations in South America, so a lot of work to be done to reach the excellence level of the others countries where Thales is present.
