Pros

Innovative technology. They invest on people giving training and tools. Decent pay. Decent balance work/life. Cutting edge Android technology. They are not afraid of making mistakes.

Cons

It's a big company (with world wide more than 20,000 people) so expect bureaucracy and lot of time wasted in silly and unproductive activities. Lots of internal discussion about nothing but this is acceptable in a big company. Stock offer is ridiculous. PTO is 3 weeks, no paid sick time

Salary, General Work Mood, Innovative technological topics. All in all not a bad company to work for. Note : All staff working on Paris area will be asked to relocate in the south of France by 2017.

Cons

The hierarchy is sometimes deorganized, sometimes spineless. You feel left alone in front of clients because the hierarchy left you all alone.
