Pros
-Diversity -Company is backed by French so it probably won't go out of business -Titles usually don't match skill level -You can stay hired for a very long time if you want to -If you are French or speak it, you definitely have an advantage -If doing nothing all day, like meetings, checking email, politics, etc., Thales could be a good fit.
Cons
-Communication (especially engineering) is atrocious. -People in spots they shouldn't be -Sales sells features to customers before a product was even investigated/developed, leads to bad/ever-changing products -Talented people are not rewarded like they should be -New hire onboarding is nearly non-existent -Company is plagued by too much diversity combined with poor accountability which also causes poor communication -Most employees could care less about the product and vision because the future vision is not clear, just buzz words organized placed into a powerpoint -Scrum masters are manager puppets and mostly everyone dislikes them -Hygiene is a serious issue sometimes
