challenging, interesting, different than other Pharma companies

Pros

interesting network, highly motivated people, taking risks is part of the company spirit and mistakes are accepted: all the ingredients are there to push people to "make it happen"

Cons

lack of interest for structured organisation, lack of experience of middle management (maybe somehow related to lower salaries that cannot attract experienced people)

Pros

Industry leading benefits package. Teva has a great medical program and other ESPP plans that are certainly near the top of the industry.

Cons

Senior leadership is questionable. Relies on a antiquated business model that most other progressive companies are shying away from. Processes are lagging and trying to get anything done besides what is "in the works" is next to impossible. Great for those who want to check the box.

The downside to working in pharma is that you will always have a good chance of being let go from the company because your product can go generic at any time.
