      Pros

      Great opportunity for extensive Long-Hours with little guidance, and full accountability. Lots of Pressure and Plenty of Negative feedback Good Benefits, which cost more and more out of pocket. Prescriptions are free, if you buy Teva Brand Generic

      Cons

      Very Biased work environment. It is an “Us or Them” relationship with Mgt. Favoritism run riot. If you are not in the clique you are fired. It is Management by Fear, demoralization, and deception. Very incompetent managers. Back stabbing and gossip is encouraged. Unequal pay based on favoritism and prejudices rather than education or experience up to $20K. Rework is often due to a "ready-shoot-aim" thought process by mgt. Very arrogant attitudes. >40hrs is expected for salaried employees closer to 50hrs/wk. Some ppl are very dishonest, and reporting them can get you fired. Greed, Lies, Corruption are highly suspect.

      Siloed environment People are not utilized to the fullest throughout any department Poor senior leadership Difficulties for senior leadership to communicate Departments are not resourced properly

      Overworked, Under Paid, and Unappreciated!

      Pros

      Contractor and can leave at any time. They have a large area of therapeutics that could expand your knowledge base. The reimbursement of expenses if very prompt.

      Cons

      Too much instability and they don't care about you as a person only that you get the job done. As a contractor you are made to accept additional work load or risk being terminated. This was expressed tome in a round about way. They only pay 1/2 time for travel and have no qualms sending you 2 time zones away from your home.
