      Pros

      Management strives to do the right thing. Compensation is good. Short working hours. Good culture. It's a good learning environment.

      Cons

      Talent management is poor. Recruitment process is poor. Limited advancement opportunities. The company does not weed out poor performers which indirectly punishes other better performers.
