      Seriously lack of talent management

      Pros

      You definitely have exact working hours. Life is good when you are senior in the company, expect more chances to change to a management role. The organisation provides good renumeration for its employee. In fact, it is usually higer than market-rate.

      Cons

      Extremely flat hierarchy, management role is selected by seniority instead of talent, unless you leave and come back to the organisation again. However, real talents that leave seldom come back. Only renumeration packages is good, but other benefits seems lacking, for example the medical benefits looks horribly out-dated with what other organisation are providing. Recognition seems to be double standard and you are very much dependent on your books with your immediate local management.

      Pros

      The perks are gd. Go home on the dot when your shift at the factory ends.

      Cons

      Undesirable location. Through the years management were replaced by locals. It's no longer like a Swedish company where people matters. Now cost is all that matters. People are promoted based on their relationship with their bosses and not on how good a worker they are.

      Pros

      Tetra Pak is an interesting and rewarding place to work. It is a big, privatly-owned company but operates as a small company.

      Cons

      Innovation happens rather slowly. The organization is flat, meaning rising within the company takes very pro-active effort, and willingness to relocate internationally.
