It's a big and Family owned company .

Cons

No work life balance , extreme working pressure , a flat organization with no promising future career development or personal growth , recent drastic cuts and HR policy means no negotiation possible and lately experience doesn't count.

Family owned therefore long view/stability

Cons

Promotion not existant & not based on results/merit but political alliances. Not business/customer oreinted. Annual bonus is limited and mainly not based on your own result but results of the group. Recent drastic cuts and HR policy means no negotiation possible, poor international packages. Cluster/Market company have the upper hand on Product companies which impact quality and efficiency.

Original invention was world changing. Ability to attract great people. Strength through diversity. Global presence. Residual Swedish culture. Supremely wealthy.

Cons

Blinded by success. Highly dependent on one product that generates all the cash and whose business model is under threat, probably irreversibly. Can be seen as aloof, arrogant and increasingly greedy. Glaciers move faster than Tetra Pak develops new products.
