Family owned therefore long view/stability
Cons
Promotion not existant & not based on results/merit but political alliances. Not business/customer oreinted. Annual bonus is limited and mainly not based on your own result but results of the group. Recent drastic cuts and HR policy means no negotiation possible, poor international packages. Cluster/Market company have the upper hand on Product companies which impact quality and efficiency.
