In Turkey offices there is no European culture. Recruitment prosedure is not fair. If you see a vacancy on internet and want to apply, you can be sure this position is already occupied for someone inside Tetra Pak. As someıne inside the company I can tell this is also relevant for the applicants inside Tetra Pak. All vacancies are already promised to someone without checking if the person qualificated for it. Salaries are low for the equvelant companies. It is also not a young-friendly company.
